PENDAMPINGAN DIGITALISASI PENGELOLAAN OPERASIONAL BISNIS KOPERASI SUMBER MAKMUR SEJAHTERA DI DESA BINANGUN CILACAP
Abstract
This community service activity focused on the digitalization of operational management at Koperasi Sumber Makmur Sejahtera in Binangun Village, Cilacap Regency, aiming to address low digital literacy among cooperative administrators and members, limited product competitiveness in the digital era, and product accumulation due to suboptimal digital marketing. The program was conducted from March to August 2025 using a qualitative descriptive approach, combining lectures, hands-on practice, and intensive mentoring. The intervention focused on digital marketing training, utilization of the e-commerce website www.khas-cilacap.com, and the implementation of digital marketing strategies to support product promotion and sales. Results indicated an enhancement in participants’ understanding of digital marketing concepts, strengthened practical skills in e-commerce management, and proficiency in account creation, product uploading, product information management, stock handling, order processing, and product display optimization. The program also reinforced the cooperative’s role as a marketing hub and aggregator of member products, particularly mackerel crackers and processed marine products. Outcomes are presented qualitatively based on implementation results, as the final report did not include pre-test, post-test, or sales data. Program sustainability requires regular mentoring, periodic evaluation, and the establishment of a dedicated e-commerce management team within the cooperative.
