Umkm Go Digital: Solusi Peningkatan Ekonomi Melalui Qris, Marketplace, dan Foto Produk di Desa Tanjung Menang
Abstract
This community service activity aims to enhance the understanding and skills of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Tanjung Menang Village, South Prabumulih District, Prabumulih City, in utilizing digital technology through the UMKM Go Digital program, which includes the use of QRIS, marketplace utilization, and product photography techniques. The method employed combines training, awareness-raising, and direct mentoring, involving KKN students from UIN Raden Fatah Palembang and resource persons from Bank Sumsel Babel Prabumulih Branch. The results showed an 80% increase in participants' understanding based on pre-test and post-test evaluations, as well as tangible outcomes in the form of VCO Masco products now having professional photographs, being listed on marketplaces, and beginning to reach consumers outside the area. The main supporting factors were community enthusiasm and banking institution support, while inhibiting factors included limited internet access and digital devices. It is concluded that this activity successfully addressed the partners' problems and provided positive impacts on the development of digital-based MSMEs in Tanjung Menang Village. Recommendations include the need for sustainable mentoring, improvement of digital infrastructure, and the establishment of digital literacy groups at the village level.
