DROPSHIPER ON SHOPEE APPLICATION FROM ISLAMIC LAW PERSPECTIVE

Abstract

This research aims to analyze transaction methods in an e-commerce using electronic media from an Islamic Law perspective. One of the e-commerce that is widely used by online entrepreneurs today is Shopee, which provides various transaction conveniences for sellers and buyers. Moreover, entrepreneurs who don't have capital to produce or provide goods can also take benefit from dropship services on Shopee application. In this study, various advantages and disadvantages of the dropship model buying and selling system will be examined, both from the seller's and buyer's side, as well as the relevance between dropship model e-commerce and buying and selling agreement on shopee aplication according to the perspective of Islamic law.
