EFEKTIVITAS TEKNIK SELF MANAGEMENT UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KONSENTRASI BELAJAR SANTRI
Abstract
This study aims to determine how much influence "The Effectiveness of Self Talk Techniques to Improve the Problem Solving Ability of Santri at Pondok Pesantren Al Ihya'Ulumaddin Kesugihan". This study aims to (1) get a picture of what the students' low problem solving ability looks like, and how the difference is before and after the provision of group guidance services using self-talk techniques, (2) to determine the effectiveness of self-talk techniques in increasing the problem solving abilities of students. is a step to help students improve their problem solving skills. The research method used in this research is quantitative with a population of students at the Al Ihya 'Ulumaddin Islamic boarding school. The results showed that the self-talk technique was effective in increasing the problem solving abilities of the students. This was proven by the problem solving of the students before being given group guidance services using the self-talk technique, the average score of the questionnaire was 67.25. The mean pre test in Paired Samples Statistics is 81.50. This shows the students' low problem solving ability. The problem solving of the students after being given self-talk technique service was said to have increased, the questionnaire scores obtained by the students were 82-104 on average. Mean post test in Paired Samples Statistics 91,63. This shows an increase in problem solving abilities. This is evident from the hypothesis testing based on the results of the SPSS table output where the significance level is <0.05 (0.01 <0.05) Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, that there is an increase in the problem solving ability of the students before and after the provision of group guidance services using the self technique. talk.
